The Northwest Fire District is soliciting quotations for as needed plumbing services (residential and commercial) beginning upon award. The various district locations are identified on the attached list. Offered pricing must remain firm until June 30, 2026. It is the intent of the District to award a multi-term contract for the specified services beginning upon award through June 30, 2026. This multi-term contract may be renewed annually for a total time of contract not to exceed two (2) consecutive years. Renewal shall be a mutual agreement between the awarded firm and the NWFD. Conditions for renewal of the contract shall include, but not be limited to, satisfactory performance of services during the preceding contract term, ability to continue to provide satisfactory products and/or services, continued adherence to the requirements of the RFQ, and continued competitive prices for the products and/or services provided under the original contract. You are invited to submit a quote for as needed plumbing services, time and materials. Service to include: As needed residential and commercial plumbing troubleshooting and repair services for unscheduled calls to be available 24 hours/7 days/week. All work to be done by licensed contractor. Vendor shall notify Facilities department when en route to facility. This contract may be multi-awarded to more than one vendor.
