The District will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post-opening of, or failure to open a quote not properly submitted or identified. Quotes shall be in the actual possession of the District on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late quotes shall not be considered. DEAR POTENTIAL BIDDER: Marana Unified School District seeks a Written Quote for Installation, Repair, Replacement, and Testing of Backflow Assemblies. The scope of work is listed under the Attributes Tab, section 1 and the price sheet for the service is listed on the Line Item tab. Also, any questions should be submitted no later than 5/19/2025 1:00 pm. Questions may not be accepted after that date. MUSD is requesting firm pricing for Installation, Repair, Replacement, and Testing of Backflow Assemblies. Vendors shall indicate the number of days prices are firm as requested in this quotation. Marana USD will allow request of increase within the days indicated, if inflation and hourly wages insist to increase. The Bidder whose price is the lowest and whose offer is complete and determined to be responsive and responsible will be awarded. Award is anticipated to a multiple Bidders. The District reserves the right to award as many contracts for the services that may be in the best interest of the District.
