The Town of Marana seeks proposals from qualified Contractors to construct the Honea Heights Neighborhood Park Phase II Expansion as set forth in the IFB. The Town will not be responsible for the failure of a prospective bidder to obtain addenda and other information related to the IFB. Direct inquiries to: Rudy Torres Procurement Officer rtorres@maranaaz.gov Final Date for Inquiries 05/13/2025 at 3:00 PM This project is located at 12495 N White Ave in the Honea Heights Neighborhood Park in the northern half of SECTION 33 of T-l 1-S, R-l 1-E, G & SRM, PIMA COUNTY, ARIZONA The work is entirely within the jurisdictional limits ofthe Town ofMarana. The expansion will create new parking areas, expand the existing basketball court, place a shade sail over existing swing sets and add a prefabricated restroom as shown in the Project Plans (Appendix A), Specifications (Appendix B) and the Drainage Statement (Appendix C). Bidders shall refer to the entire body ofBid Documents for information and instruction on the Project and on Bidding and other matters. The project site will be closed for the duration ofthe project. There are no work time restrictions. Clean fill from project excavations can be retained on site. Any retained clean fill must be spread. Long lead items will be procured and received prior to issuing a Notice to Proceed for the construction ofthe Project. The contractor shall protect the work at all times from inclement weather. The contractor will be responsible for immediately dewatering the project in the event ofrain.
