Thescope of work consists of directional boring to variousstreet light poles, installing HDPE conduit, polyducttails into existing street lights, composite handholes,and USE conductors. All propos als must be submitted on the forms providedby the Village and must be accompanied by a bankcashier's check, bid bond, or certified check in theamount of 5% of the bid. The Village reserves the right to reject any and allbids, or to waiver any irregularities or any informalities when such waiver would not be detrimental to thebest interest of the Village and would not prejudice thebidding process.
