Renovation of a municipal facility in Woodhull, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Side Shop: 50'L X 40'D X 14'T 6112 pitch Exterior * Completely replace all exterior tin (3 walls, roof, door trim) * Replace the 3 existing garage doors (14' 6"W X 12'H)(wlpower side openers) . Replace the one existing man door to the outside (36" fire rated w/ push bar) . Replace the front security light with a new one and add an additional one on the west wall towards the peak lnterior " Completely gut the whole entirety of the inside but leave the existing wooden parts loft * Spray foam all of the walls and the roof (provide an R-value of R-21 on the walls and R-49 on the ceiling) . Replace the adjoining fire door to the main shop (36" w/ push bar) . Add tin on all walls extending only to 8' (paint all exposed insulation with matching paint) * Remove existing drain grates, clean drain, install new grates (16"W X 33'L) Electrical * Replace existing panel box with a new 40 space 200 Amp capability (with new ground wire) . Supply all new wiring from the new panel box to all fixtures with metal conduit (outlets to be supplied are 2 side by side 20 Amp (2 boxes on the east wall, 3 boxes on the south wall,2 boxes on the west wall) 4 LED lights evenly spaced hung from the ridge, one centered in the parts loft, and 2 underneath the loft, power to the 2 new outside security lights, supply electric for the 3 garage doors, power for the pressure tank (12-3) and high pressure pump, 2 welder hookups on the east and west walls (centered), and power for the boiler) Plumbinq . Replace the pressure tank and all lines through out . Add in a high pressure pump . Add 2 hose bibs on the south wall . Supply water to the boiler Air * Replace the air compressor (Provided) * Run 2 Hard lines from the compressor (located on the south wall in the center) tc' supplv air for 2 hose reels located between each of the garage doors (hose reels not provided, must be 50' hoses) Upstairs Office Remodel 12'W X 60',1 * Frame fake walls around the perimeter of the room to supply room for electrical, .o cover up the uneven walls while providing a minimum of 8' walls (2x4)(sizes room down to 12'W X 41'L) * Respray the insulating foam to bring it up to code (Provide an R-value of R-21 or the walls and R-49 on the ceiling) * Add 2-4'x4'windows (one to be able to view shop area, and one to the outside) . Add any additional framing needed to accommodate gypsum board * Provide all necessary electric (12 recessed lights space evenly throughout the room, outlets evenly spaced around the room distance apart to be no more than 6'with every otrer box providing double outlets, along with any needed power supply to run the heater of their choosing(will be provided)) . Attach gypsum board to all 4 walls and the ceiling , then fully finish with sheetroc< mud and paint * lnstall a floating vinyl flooring material that is also waterproof and scratch resistant * lnstall 2-36" man doors on either end (north and south) to provide storage access * lnstall pvc trim around the base of the wall and around all windows and doors to .inish off the floor, windows, and doors Breakroom 20'x24' * Allframing to stay * Clean studwork (nails and wiring, all drywall has been removed) * All new wiring (20 outlets, 4 switches, 10 6" recessed lights) * New plumbing (toilet, vanity, shower faucet, hot water heater) * New mini split heating/ air conditioning unit (to run to break room and upstairs office) * New drywall (800 Sq Ft) " Raise indent in floor with concrete (4'x8'x6") * Remove and replace tile with water based epoxy with color chips * lnstall all new doors ( one 36" fireproof with pushbar,2- 36" interior doors, one 36" regular exterior man door)
