Only bonds issued by companies licensed as insurers in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the tender document. Only tenders submitted by contractors who have ordered the tender documents under the same name as the one under which they are tendering will be considered. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only s from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement on market liberalization is applicable, in a province or territory covered by that agreement will be considered. Contractors must hold the licence uired under the Building Act.
