Work consists of: Supply and Deliver to Site Materials Only per bid schedule. Performance, Payment & Public Works Bonds are NOT required for Materials Only bids. The PORT OF MORROW will award the contract within thirty (30) calendar days of the bid opening. Contractor shall include an estimated start date with the Bid Schedule. The contractor shall complete all work required in the contract by September 1, 2025. Question Deadline 06/04/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be requested by email at bids@portofmorrow.com or in writing and addressed to Port of Morrow, P. O. Box 200, Boardman, OR 97818 and to be given consideration must be received at least 48 hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required with the proposal. A bidder shall submit or post a surety bond, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008 (Additional definitions for Bank Act), or cashier's check or certified check for all bids as bid security. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of the contract bid amount will be required of the successful bidder. Public Works Bond is required for all Contractors and Sub-Contractors performing on site labor. Bid date description: Bids will be received by the Owner via e-mail at Bids@portofmorrow.com until 12:00 pm, on Jun, 06, 2025. The envelopes containing the bids must be sealed, addressed to the Port of Morrow PO Box 200, 2 Marine Drive, Boardman Or, 97818 and designated as Bid for Supply of Labor & Materials or Supply of Materials only.
