Renovation of a fire / police facility in Kirkland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Invitation for Bids (1FB). The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, material and equipment necessary for completion of the Fire Station 24 Training Center project. The City of Kirkland requires that no person shall, on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, marital status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity. The City of Kirkland further assures that every effort will be made to ensure non-discrimination in all of its programs and activities, whether those programs are federally funded or not. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted in writing to Anneke Davis (adavis@kirklandwa.gov) via e-mail with the subject line of "FS24 Fire Training Facility: Bid Question". Questions received via phone or any other method other than e-mail will not be accepted. Bid Questions without the correct subject line may not be answered. Bidders shall submit questions no later than May 28, 2025 at 3PM. Receipt of questions will be acknowledged however bidder questions will be answered via addendum.
