Summary Project Description: Interior alteration to convert existing geriatric clinic space on Level I of the Totem Lake Plaza building into an ENT outpatient clinic. Alterations include upgrades to existing exam rooms, include demolition of select casework, new wall cabinet, new sinks, repair/replacement of architectural finishes, new scope processing room with clean scope storage, new CT Room for new mini CT imaging equipment and modifications to existing building systems include HVAC, plumbing, low voltage, electrical, fire protection and fire alarm. Three rooftop units will be replaced. Contractor is responsible for creating a hour by hour plan for replacement a minimum of 8 weeks in advance of the work. The roof top units shall be replaced over weekend(s). No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by such bid proposal security. The bid is for performing all Work including furnishing and installing equipment in accordance with the bid documents, plans and specifications. This is a public works project, and therefore must comply with prevailing wage requirements.
