SCOPE OF WORK The CONTRACTOR shall provide helicopter services and all other necessary labor and equipment for the removal and installation of approximately 1,338 vibration dampers attached to the conductors on two (2) 115kV transmission lines (TL). TL 115 IB and TL 1251 are in eastern Nebraska, between Schuyler and Fremont, Nebraska. All work is scheduled to be completed under de-energized conditions Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure helicopter services and all other necessary labor and equipment for the removal and installation of DISTRICT provided vibration dampers attached to the conductors on two (2) 115kV transmission lines in eastern Nebraska, located between Schuyler and Fremont, Nebraska.
