Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 19, 2025, project is awarded to the following contractors: 1. Kroehler Park – Contractor- Hacienda Landscaping in the amount of $131,073.50 No set start time, substantial completion within 90 days of commencement of work. 2. West Greens- Contractor- Innovation Landscape in the amount of $145,122.35 No set start time, substantial completion within 90 days of commencement of work. 3. Meadow Glens – Contractor- Hacienda Landscaping in the amount of $95,958.00 No set start time, substantial completion within 90 days of commencement of work. Each playground renovation consists of removals and the installation of 2-12 year old playground structures, minor site grading, concrete curbing and flatwork, site furnishings and landscape restoration. All questions concerning these projects or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Jessica Burgdorf in writing to jburgdorf@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only until 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
