This project includes the import and placement of fill and riprap to extend the shoreline revetment at the Raw Water Pump Station. The Project consists of installingfill and extension of the shoreline revetment along the shore of Cayuga Lake at the Raw Water Pump Station within the Town of Ithaca. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basisas indicated in theBid Form. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors prior to contract award shall hold or obtainsuch license as required by State statutes, and Federal and local Laws and Regulations. Bids will not be accepted from: Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that have been barred from competing on public works under General Municipal Law 5A-103-b. Bidswill not be accepted from Bidder's determined to be Non-Responsive by the New York State Office of General Services. This Project is a "Covered Project" under New York State Labor Law 220-I and the Bidder must hold a valid Certificate of Registration fromthe New York State Department of Labor to submit a bid and at all times for the duration of the Work. Bidders who are listed as a Non-Responsible Entity by the New York State Office of General Services. Bidders who are not registered with the New York State Department of Labor. Purchase made bySouthern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commissionare not subject to any Federal, State,or local sales tax. Bidders shall not include in their bid sales and compensating use taxes on the cost of materials. Exemption certificates will be executed upon request. The Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid notconforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
