Site work for a civil project in Palos Hills, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 1,2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** This project generally consists of the installation of new potable water transmission main from Southwest Highway thru Oak Tree Drive north to the City of Palos Hills Pump Station in the Palos Hills Golf Course. The water main installation includes all necessary fittings, casing pipe, isolation and air/vacuum release valves, valve vaults, and the construction of an earthen berm to provide the at-grade water main installation with 5.5' cover. The project also includes all necessary restoration including any required adjustments and/or reconstruction of the Golf Course Irrigation System. Site Directions: Southwest Highway thru Oak Tree Drive north to the City of Palos Hills Pump Station in the Palos Hills Golf Course. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, LABOR, AND SERVICES NECESSARY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, AND TESTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1300' OF 16" AND 12" WATER MAIN CONNECTING THE CITY OF OAK LAWN TO THE CITY OF PALOS HILLS POTABLE WATER PUMP STATION. Question Deadline 05/29/2025 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or Drawings shall be submitted in writing to Owner at least ten (10) days prior to opening of Bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an Addendum.
