Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spencerville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work includes the Urban Street Reconstruction of 300 m of South Street, 80 m of Water Street, and 70 m of Henderson Street all located in Spencerville, Ontario. The proposed work includes asphalt paving, grading, installation of concrete curb and gutter, replacement of existing storm sewer infrastructure and spot repairs of the existing sanitary sewer infrastructure. Electronic Contract specifications and tender forms may be obtained by emailing the Greer Galloway at Kingston@jp2g.com Documents will be available Friday, May 27th, 2025. All inquiries related to the Tender Documents should be directed via email no later than Tuesday June 10th , 2025, at 2:00pm to: kingston@jp2g.com. The tender must be accompanied by an Agreement to Bond or a letter from a financial institution agreeing to supply a letter of credit. Tenders must also include a tender deposit in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bid Bond made payable to the Township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal, in an amount not less than that specified in the Tender Documents. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
