Renovation of an educational facility in Middleton, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
AVRCE is seeking a contractor to replace existing lighting at Middleton High School with dimmable LED lighting. 1. Supply and install: - 236x Metalux 22CGTS-NUV LED light panel fixtures across 22 rooms in the annex wing of MRHS. - 44x L2STR-48LP40-Q/3C surface mount LED fixtures 2. Supply and install 18x 120V Lutron Pow Pack dimming modules with 0-10vdc dimming wire in 18 rooms (RMJS-8T-DV-B) 3. Supply and install combination light switch & slide dimmer at 120v with 0-10vdc dimming for each room. 4. Remove and dispose of all old fluorescent light fixtures from rooms being upgraded to LED. 5. Ensure the switching of classroom lights allows one switch to control the front row separately from the remaining lights. The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with Invitation to Quote (ITQ) Package 2025-05, Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education (AVRCE), Annex Lighting - Middleton Regional High School (MRHS), for a Stipulated Price Contract in accordance with the ITQ Documents. The school is located at 18 Gates Avenue Middleton NS B0S 1P0. Question Deadline 05/29/2025 Award is subject to final approval.
