This Request for Proposal (the RFP) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (BNS) to prospective proponents to submit Proposal for Design-Build Services for Public Housing Development - Middleton, as further described in Appendix B of the RFP Particulars (the Deliverables). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. BNS is seeking a design-builder to advance the schematic designs to final detailed design and provide construction services (Design-Build) for 24 units of new public housing at Sunset Crescent in Middleton, NS. The Successful Proponent will complete design development, construction documents, and construction services for the identified site.
