**As of June 20, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. This project will be presented to the El Paso Community College Board of Trustees for their consideration at their Wednesday, June 25, 2025 meeting. Please note, however, that the date is subject to change. ** The Board of Trustees of El Paso County Community College District is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals for services related to the Valle Verde Campus: La Promase Drive Roadway Improvement. Question Deadline 06/06/2025 at 5:00 PM MT deadline for logistical and technical questions and/or requests for material substitutions via the Bonfire eProcurement portal (click on "Messages" and select the "Vendor Discussions" tab.) The project will replace an aging portion of La Promesa Drive with a new concrete road surface. This includes tearing out the old asphalt road and building a new, more durable concrete roadway in its place. In addition, the existing concrete driveways that connect to College Creek Loop Road and two concrete bus stops along the road will also be reconstructed with new concrete. However, the bus stop improvements will be listed as optional items in the construction bid, meaning they may be included depending on the final budget and priorities.
