Site work and renovation of a civil project in Jamestown, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, the project will consist of the construction of a 500,000 gallon bolted steel water storage tank, including any necessary appurtenances in Jamestown, in Tuolumne County, CA. Site grading, tank backfill, site piping, and cathodic protection are not a part of this contract. additional pre bid meeting note: If the Bidder was in attendance at the previous mandatory pre-bid meeting held on May 5th, 2025, they do not need to attend this meeting and are eligible to submit a bid. Each representative shall sign an attendance sheet identifying the Bidder represented. The District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the Contract, to reject any or all Bids, to re-Bid, to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements, to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, non-responsible, or conditional Bids, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which, however, shall not extend beyond 90 days from the bid opening date. As used in the Contract Documents, "District" and "Owner" all refer to the Tuolumne Utilities District
