The Paving project scope includes approximately 46,500 square yards of 6" concrete pavement and 17,700 square feet of 4" concrete sidewalk. The Utility project scope includes approximately 13,300 linear feet of 8" water main, 10,400 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer main, and 7,400 linear feet of 21"-54" RCP storm sewer pipe. The Street Light project scope includes installation of approximately 66 streetlights and all related appurtenances. Alpha Ranch Water Control and Improvement District,Water, Sewer and Storm Drainage Improvements to serve Alpha Ranch Phase 4D & 5 . The project scope includes approximately 13,300 LF of 8 water main, 10,400 LF of 8 sanitary sewer main, and7,400 LF of 21 -54 RCP storm sewer pipe.Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding. The Owner may accept the bid of any responsible person deemed most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the project.
