Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of August 13, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Site The overall site for the new project is approximately 39.13 acres which includes various easements and FEMA floodplain restrictions. This development of the site shall confirm to all current City of Frisco planning and engineering standards. Current projections for complete build out will include up to 600 parking spaces of various sizes to accommodate vehicles, apparatus, trailers, mowers and city fleet vehicles. In addition, the site is to include a dualisland covered fueling facility which shall be incorporated with ample access and circulation for all vehicles. The deadline for questions is June 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM CT. All questions should be emailed to purchasing@friscotexas.gov. Receipt of responses does not bind the City to any contract for said products or services, nor does it give any guarantee that a contract for the RFP will be awarded.
