The City of West Palm Beach, as agent for the East Central Regional Wastewater Facilities Operations Board (ECR), is requesting qualifications from qualified Proposers to provide technical consulting services to the ECR to identify potential alternative beneficial uses for the excess biogas produced by the ECR Biosolids Facility Digesters in lieu of flaring off, to evaluate the potential feasibility and value of each alternative use to the ECR, and to recommend a specific course of action for the ECR. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
