Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights. Work for this improvement project consists of the following items of work: reconstruction of miscellaneous structures to grade; asphalt removal; concrete removal; curb and gutter removal, placing and compacting new asphalt surface course; rebuild curb and gutter; rebuild concrete waterways; rebuild retaining walls; restore landscaping; add storm drain inlets and piping; replace fire hydrant infrastructure; install new street lighting; and all appurtenant work; all in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Question Deadline 06/02/2025 All questions relative to the project shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
