Demolition and new construction of an educational facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 25,852-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the demolition of a 9,840-square-foot educational facility.
The project scope includes demolition of an existing cafetorium and band practice buildings, and the construction of a new one-story gymnasium on the campus of Griffin Middle School in Tallahassee, Florida. Please refer to Project Manual Volumes 1, 2, 3, and the project documents for all work included in each scope. All bidders on this project must pre-qualify with the Construction Manager seventy-two (72) hours before bid time. Childers Construction Co. reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities in any bid.
