Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morrisville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bid for: Morrisville-Eaton Central School District - 2024/25 Capital Outlay Project, includes work at the following buildings: Middle/High School (MHS) The Owner is required to comply with New York State's public bidding and other laws pertaining to public works, to advertise for any and all public work contracts, and to incorporate New York prevailing wage schedules, as applicable, into any contracts which may involve the employment of laborers, workmen or mechanics, whether or not publicly bid. Questions From Bidders All questions in regard to the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents will not be made verbally. All requests for such information must be made in writing to both of the following: a. LaBella Associates Attn: Craig Dailey, email: cdailey@labellapc.com b. C&S Companies Attn: Damian Zombek, email: dzombek@cscos.com Bids shall be prepared as set forth in "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS", enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on its face the name and address of the Bidder and the title of the Work to which the bid enclosed relates. Each Bidder shall deposit with its bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS." No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
