Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. Pre-qualification must be in force at the time of the bid, at the time of the award, and through the life of the construction contact. Subcontractors are not subject to the pre-qualification requirement. The bidding contractor must perform no less than 30 percent of the total original contract price. COMPLETION DATE: - August 31, 2026 As specified in Ohio Revised 153.54, a bidder must submit a bid guaranty in the form of either (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid or (2) a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid. The Logan County Commissioners and Ohio Department of Transportation are to be named as obliges. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Goal is 6%. BIDDERS MUST HAVE THEIR DBE UTILIZATION PLAN SUBMITTED VIA FORMSTACK BEFORE THE BID OPENING. Please be sure to review ODOT PN 013 for further instructions. Logan County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any proposal which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular may be rejected; any proposal in which unit prices are omitted or in which unit prices are unbalanced, may be rejected; any proposal accompanied by an insufficient or irregular bid guarantee may be rejected.
