ACP sewer line with new 12" dia. PVC pipe in Spring Valley, and a full Cure-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining repair of 8" dia. sewer pipe in New Square. The work for which bids are invited consists of furnishing and constructing is generally described as follows: 1. Full replacement of two (2) segments of sanitary sewer main including a total of approximately 242 linear feet sewer pipe into satisfactory operating condition at Fanley Avenue in the Village of Spring Valley. 2. Reconstruct house service connections; provide 6" diameter PVC lateral pipe with a clean out for future maintenance purpose. 3. Testing of new gravity sewer line. 4. Full Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining repair of one (1) segment of sanitary sewer main at Roosevelt Avenue in the Village of New Square. 5. Miscellaneous Additional Work. The work is in the Village of Spring Valley and Village of New Square, Rockland County, NY. The contract shall be completed within One Hundred Ten (110) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Such time of completion is of the essence for this contract.
