As of July 03, 2025, an award has not yet been made. Per the owner, bid results will not be made available until after the award is announced on July 08, 2025. Viridian Municipal Management District of Tarrant County (VMMD, "The Owner") is seeking qualified bidders to perform Viridian Duck Pond - Water Level Control Paluxy Aquifer Well No. 6 Improvements, for the construction and installation of one Paluxy Aquifer Water Well and associated improvements for the Viridian Master Plan Community. Bidders are invited to submit a proposal to the Owner for consideration. The successful bidder shall be expected to work closely with the VMMD-Owner, Graham Associates, Inc.- District Engineer, and Viridian Holdings, LP - Developer. Inquiries for bid and procurement information can be submitted online. RFI must be received via online no later than end of business on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Viridian Duck Pond - Water Level Control Paluxy Aquifer Well No. 6 Improvements include the construction and installation of one Paluxy Aquifer Water Well and associated improvements. Community Services shall include clean-up, disposal of debris, reports, submittals, schedules, licenses, insurance, on-site coordination, and overall management of work activities to perform District Improvements at Viridian Duck Pond - Water Level Control Paluxy Aquifer Well No. 6 Improvements in Arlington, TX as outlined below. Contractor shall be responsible for work performance associated with Viridian Duck Pond - Water Level Control Paluxy Aquifer Well No. 6 Improvements, including but not limited to the following work activities: Proposal to include the work as outlined and defined in the Construction Plans and Bid Proposal for Viridian Duck Pond - Water Level Control Paluxy Aquifer Well No. 6 Improvements. Project Schedules. Supplying a list of personnel, sub-tier contractors, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and all other items and services necessary to provide District Improvements for Viridian Municipal Management District of Tarrant County. Construction Staking Construction Permits Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and implementation, maintenance, and removal of erosion control devices to accommodate said plan. Traffic Control Plans signed and sealed by a licensed engineer. Construction Shop Drawings and Material Submittals Construction Material Testing. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Question Deadline 05/27/2025
