Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Beachwood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The purpose of this quotation is to provide the County of Ocean with a Contractor who will supply the materials described and specified herein. Question Deadline 05/29/2025 at 12:00 PM ET The right to reject any and all quotations is reserved in accordance with applicable law. SCOPE OF WORK The successful contractor shall provide: o Design, materials, labor, and installation for a revised ducted dust collection system with a minimum total airflow of 2,790 CFM, capable of handling a pressure loss of -8" w.c. o A spark detection and suppression system compliant with NFPA 69, including integration with the cyclone's motor starter for emergency shutdown. o A 10" explosion isolation flap gate, installed with required setback distance from the cyclone inlet per the manufacturer's guidelines. o New or modified duct connections to the following tools: o Chop saw (new 5" duct - 550 CFM) o Cutterhead (existing 5" duct - 550 CFM) o Table saw (existing 4" duct - 360 CFM) o Radial arm saw (new 5" duct - 550 CFM) o CNC router (new 6" duct - 780 CFM) o Removal and relocation of the 10" main duct to accommodate the isolation gate. o New core-drilled 10" wall penetration, and patching of the existing unused wall duct opening. o Removal and sealing of the return air duct previously used in the shop. o Flanged ducting from the isolation gate to the cyclone, built to withstand pressure from a potential deflagration event.
