The scope of work includes all associated site development. The building program comprises instructional classrooms, a tiered lecture hall, specialized nursing teaching and simulation laboratories, and administrative office suites. The facility is designed to support advanced clinical training and academic instruction in a modern environment. Structural - Building is steel-framed construction.
