Waste Disposal Service. Contract for furnishing Waste Disposal Services for the Office of State Buildings (OSB), Louisiana Supreme Court, to include container rental, trash/garbage hauling and disposal, as requested in accordance with provisions set forth for a period beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. The Agency reserves the right to assess a penalty (see below method of deduction) against the Contractor on any occasion when trash pickup/loading area is not satisfactory or complete. The award to be made on an all-or-none basis to the overall lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The State of Louisiana reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award. The State reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate the proposed price adjustment. Orders shall be invoiced at the contract prices in effect on the date of the purchase order.
