Street Sweeper & Water Tank Purchase - Town of Clifton Public Works The Town of Clifton is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of the following equipment. The Town of Clifton reserves the right to inspect the equipment upon delivery and reject any item that does not meet the specified requirements. Item 1: Used Street Sweeper The Town of Clifton is requesting bids for the purchase of a used street sweeper that meets or exceeds the following minimum specifications: o Make & Model: Global Environmental Products or equivalent o Model Year: 2015 or newer o Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR): Minimum 27,000 lbs. o Engine: 6.7L Cummins ISB280 Diesel with DEF system o Transmission: Automatic o Broom Configuration: o Dual 5-foot gutter brooms o Central 6-foot broom o Water System: Operational and in good condition o Cab: Enclosed operator cab required o Mileage: Less than 25,000 miles o Engine Hours: Less than 6,000 hours The unit must be in good working condition with no known major mechanical defects and ready for immediate service. Item 2: New Replacement Water Tank The Town is also requesting bids for a new replacement water storage tank that meets or exceeds the following minimum specifications: o Capacity: 4,000 gallons o Shape: Round (preferred) o Color: White (preferred) o Connection Type: Threaded fittings required o Condition: Brand new, unused The Town of Clifton is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of the following equipment: One (1) used street sweeper One (1) new replacement water tank Interested parties may submit bids for either or both items. Each bid submission must include the following information, as applicable: Year, make, model, and VIN of the equipment Warranty details Delivery charges Photographs of the equipment (if available) Any other relevant specifications or documentation The Town of Clifton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Questions regarding this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be submitted via email to the Town Manager no later than June 5, 2025, at 5:00 PM (Arizona Time). All inquiries must reference the designated BID ID. Responses to Inquiries: Official responses to all submitted questions will be issued in the form of an addendum on June 10, 2025, by 5:00 PM (Arizona Time).
