Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Clifton, Arizona. Working plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

As of March 30, 2026, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid. Sealed bids are requested for the installation of one softball field and one multi-purpose field. This work includes the installation of sprinklers, grass, and fencing. Specifications are available upon request from the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. All bids must be marked "BID ON Greenlee County Fields" on the outside of the sealed envelope and addressed to the Greenlee County Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to extend the award date. Bidders will be in competition with procurement agencies including the state procurement agency.
