Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Union charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of August 6,2025, project was awarded to Wilcox Contracting LLC, awarded amount is $153,568.5. The construction of approximately 387 linear feet of 7 foot wide, ADA compliant, barrier free, concrete sidewalk from US-127 to meet existing sidewalk along E. Blue Grass Road. Additionally, the construction of approximately 288 linear feet of 8 foot wide, ADA compliant, barrier free, concrete sidewalk from the easternmost drive at 4228 E Blue Grass Rd, east to match with the proposed sidewalk at the proposed development to the east. Improvements include concrete sidewalk, driveway removal and replacement, associated earthwork, storm sewer removal and installation, and restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount and form as specified by the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Bids not accompanied by a proper Bid bond or certified check in the amount stated in the documents, or received after the above date and time will not be considered. Fax transmittals of Bids or Bid bonds will not be accepted. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 90 days after the actual date of Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. Document Note: Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
