No definite date for the rebid.** GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Battle Point Park Septic System Replacement- Kids Up Restroom Project #20235 includes decommissioning and removing the existing septic system and installation of a new septic system by a contractor license to work on septic systems in Kitsap County. Location- 11299 Arrow Point Dr NE Bainbridge Island, WA 98110 CONTACTS: Questions may be directed to Michelle Miller, Procurement Administrator, at michellem@biparks.org. Any questions pertaining to the bid documents must be submitted in writing. The deadline for contractor questions regarding this project shall be submitted by 4 PM PST on Wednesday, June 11th, 2025. This scope of work outlines the requirements and activities necessary for the decommissioning and removal of the existing septic system and installation of a new system septic system per Charles H. Pollmar & Associates design plans and specifications according to code and Kitsap County Health Department requirements. The exact location of the tanks, associated piping, and power will deviate from the drawings and must be verified in the field with the District Project Manager and septic designer before a Notice to Proceed shall be issued.
