Description Building Materials Improvement Building Maintenance and Repairs Capital Buildings/Additions/Major Improvements Grounds Maintenance Parking Lot Maintenance An electronic copy of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, made payable to Utah Valley University on AIA's bid bond form A310-2010, must be uploaded and attached to your bid response. If the bid bond is not furnished with the bid, the bid will be considered non-responsive. Performance and Payment Bonds A full 100% Performance Bond covering the faithful execution of the contract. Description A full 100% Payment Bond covering all obligations arising thereunder. Event Site Walkthrough note: Bidders failing to register for, or attend, the pre-bid meeting will not be allowed to participate further in the IFB process. From the issue date of this IFB until a contractor is selected and a contract award is made, bidders are not allowed to communicate about the subject of this IFB with any University administrator, faculty, staff, or members of the Board of Trustees except the Procurement Official assigned to this IFB, other UVU Procurement & Contract Services staff members, individuals authorized by the Procurement Official, and University representatives during pre-bid meetings. If a violation of this provision occurs, the University reserves the right to reject the bidder's submission.
