Electronic bids must be on the City of South Bend Contractor Bid for Public Work Form, accompanied by an electronic copy of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid plus any alternates. The awarded bidder will be required to send the original check or bid bond via USPS. The contractor commits itself to the goals for minority manpower and all other requirements, terms and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly sealed bid.
