Managed East Chicago Association (MECHA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified companies to provide Exterior Drainage between two buildings. By providing these services the company selected will assist the ECHA in providing housing that is in a safe environment for all tenants and ECHA/MECHA employees. Women and Minority owned Contractors are strongly encouraged to submit a quote. Submit a quote marked Attention: Gloria Hinojosa c/o East Chicago Housing Authority, 4444 Railroad Ave., East Chicago, IN 46312. Must be sealed bid. If a Contractor has submitted a quote in error, the original quote may be picked up and resubmitted before the submission deadline. Bid Packets Will Be Available at That Time. There Will Not Be Any Cost for the Package.
