Removal of the following unsafe garage structures in East Chicago, Indiana: 5013 Alexander Avenue (Garage), 4859 Drummond Street (Garage), 4236 Indianapolis Boulevard (Garage), 3810 Parrish Avenue (Garage), 4513 Tod Avenue (Garage), 4847 White Oak Avenue (Garage), 4909 White Oak Avenue (Garage). 5013 Alexander Avenue (Garage) and 4859 Drummond Street (Garage) are located in the superfund area and must comply with special project procedures provided by Amereco Inc. All vendors must be licensed to perform demolition work in East Chicago, Indiana. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interest of the Owner after all bids have been examined and canvassed. Q/A:- All questions must be submitted by email to James Portalatin, at jportalatin@eastchicago.com no later than Monday October 20th at 11am.
