Submit a sealed quote marked 'RFP 2025028 Concrete Services' addressed to Gloria Hinojosa, c/o East Chicago Housing Authority, 4444 Railroad Ave, East Chicago, IN 46312. Quotes must be received by the submission deadline, via USPS Certified mail, overnight delivery, or in person. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Women and Minority owned Contractors are strongly encouraged to submit a quote. If a quote is submitted in error, it may be picked up and resubmitted before the submission deadline. Obtaining the RFP: There will be a pre-quote meeting at 4444 Railroad Ave., East Chicago, In. 46312, on November 18th, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Bid packets will be available at that time.
