The Rural Municipality of St. Louis No. 431 in the Province of Saskatchewan, invites tenders from experienced and qualified contractors for the supply of labor, materials, and equipment required to complete Micro-Surfacing Type III on two municipal roads. The work is to be phased over a three-year period, beginning in summer 2025. The project involves the application of Micro-Surfacing Type III. Road Sections Grid 782 o Length: 7.7 km o Width: 7.1 m o Surface Area: Approximately 54,950 m2 Old Hwy 2 o Length: 8.0 km o Width: 7.5 m o Surface Area: Approximately 60,000 m2 Total Project Surface Area: Approx. 114,950 m2 This project will be split into three phases over three consecutive years: Phase 1 - Summer 2025: Approximately 38,000 m2 Phase 2 - Summer 2026: Approximately 38,000 m2 Phase 3 - Summer 2027: Remainder (~38,950 m2) The exact section(s) to be treated in each phase will be confirmed by the municipality before the start of each construction season.
