Loading, hauling, and spreading approximately 15,000 yards of road gravel for the year 2026. Gravel will be supplied by the municipality, potentially from two separate pit locations. Gravelling is to be completed in June. The longest haul is 25 miles and only belly dump trucks are permitted. Bidders must submit pricing for primary and secondary weights, attach a letter of good standing from Saskatchewan WCB, confirmation of insurance, a list of truck/trailer units to be used, and references if available. The municipality retains the right to randomly weigh any or all loads and reserves the right to refuse any or all tenders, with the lowest tender not necessarily being accepted. Past working history with a contractor may also be considered in awarding or refusing tenders. Tenders must be submitted in writing and clearly marked as "Gravel Tender." No deposit is required.
