Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: This project consists of full depth roadway reconstruction of Lema Rd from Western Hill Dr to Chessman Dr. The installation of a new 10"and 8" water line with new water services, replacement and addition of ADA curb ramps, thermoplastic pavement striping and markings, and new street signage. Funded through General Obligation Bonds. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Offerors on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. The City of Rio Rancho Procurement Code, Section 36.37, paragraph B, notes that New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks. This IFB is issued on behalf of the City of Rio Rancho by the Purchasing Division, which is the SOLE POINT OF CONTACT DURING THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS.
