On-demand general contracting services provide expert construction maintenance, repairs, remodels, and renovations as needed. Specializing in responsive, high-quality solutions for K-12 school facilities and institutional projects. Whether for routine maintenance, emergency repairs, or full-scale renovations, services are delivered with efficiency, quality craftsmanship, and compliance with industry standards. The term of any contract shall be from the date of execution and shall run for a twelve-month period. Contracts shall be eligible for an automatic annual renewal not to exceed a total of three years. Various construction projects shall not to exceed $1,000,000.00 per individual project. Rio Rancho Public Schools (RRPS) is requesting competitive sealed proposals with the intent of entering into a contract with a contractor(s) for the purpose of providing various contractor services on-demand. All potential Offerors are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Invitation to Proposal (RFP), especially the mandatory requirements. The Offeror is required to provide, as part of their proposal, the qualifications and other documents requested in this RFP. The award(s) of a contract shall take into consideration certain contractor qualification and performance factors that add value to a procurement contract. Factors such as contractor past performance, technical expertise and experience, management capabilities and resources, will form the basis for the criteria to be considered, in addition to price to perform the scope of work. Award(s) shall be made in accordance with the terms conditions, and requirements stated herein. No Offeror may withdraw his offeror for 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
