Monday through Friday The proposed scope of work consists of providing construction services for all labor, equipment and supervision that are required in order to complete the bridge deck overlay in accordance with the scope ofwork. The bridge is approximately 138.5 feet in total length and 26.5 feet in total width The scope ofwork includes milling the existing bridge deck prior to hydro demolition of the existing bridge deck, remove any unsatisfactory concrete prior to installing the new rigid concrete overlay material. Work shall be in accordance with the INDOT specifications for this type ofwork. Contractor will be responsible for loading debris on to County trucks for removal and disposal. Work by County: Disposal of existing superstructure from jobsite, associated road work and paving, as well as hauling and furnishing stone and riprap as needed. Provide removal and installation of bridge railing, as needed.
