Bids must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by the instructions in the bid package. Failure to do so may result in rejection of a bid. VPZ's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for this project is Six and Two-Tenths percent (6.2%) of the bid price. Bidders are required to make good faith efforts to meet or exceed the goal. VPZ will award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. VPZ reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technical defects if, in its judgment, the interests of VPZ so require. VPZ reserves the right to accept any bid within 90 days after the time of the opening of the bids, during which time no bid shall be withdrawn.
