Site work for a mixed-use development in Valparaiso, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: PICKLEBALL COURT CONSTRUCTION All six (6) courts shall include, but not be limited to, excavation, asphalt pavement over crushed aggregate base, acrylic color surfacing, and net systems. All six (6) courts shall be fenced with eight-foot (8') high perimeter fencing, four-foot (4') high dividing fencing, four-foot (4') high fence between spectator seating and courts, two (2) four-foot (4') wide entry gates. SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION Concrete pavement and sidewalk work shall include, but not be limited to excavation and approximately 5,000 square feet of concrete pavement over a crushed aggregate base STORMWATER SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION Stormwater system shall include, but not be limited to general exaction, grading, erosion control measures, approximately 152' of 12" PVC storm sewer, concrete storm structures, pipe end sections, and a 19,160 CF detention pond, fine grading and restoration seeding.
