Site work for a water / sewer project in Valparaiso, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of lining approx. 80 linear feet of 84 CMP storm sewer to repair aging infrastructure. Construction activities will include installation of storm sewer lining and incidental work such as fence and landscaping removal and repair. Questions are due three (3) days prior to bid opening A certified or cashiers check payable to Valparaiso City Utilities or a bid bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid amount must accompany each bid. All checks of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned to them by the City upon selection of successful bidder. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the Contract amount. Valparaiso City Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding, should the Board deem it to be in the public interest to do so Question deadline - 7 March 2025
