The work consists of the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC systems and converting to split systems for all 24 apartments in Building #5 at the University Village located at 1321 E. 4600 S, Ogden, UT. The work also includes general interior remodeling of the existing finishes to include remove and replace some countertops, millwork, flooring, hot water supplies, faucets, sinks, patch and painting as necessary. See the detailed scope of work document. This work also includes repainting the interior corridors on each floor. Also some repair of damages or stained ceiling tile in the corridor suspended grid ceilings.
