Question Submission Close Date 6/18/2025 2:00 PM MDT Weber State University is soliciting bids to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: Campus Concrete replacement and repair This solicitation will result in a purchase order to the lowest cost responsive and responsible bidder The purchase order resulting from this IFB will be for a one-time purchase. WSU reserves the right to purchase additional products based upon this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase. 1. Mandatory Pre-bid meeting 2. Liquidated Damages 3. Completion date 4. The successful bidder must provide a 100% payment bond and a 100% performance bond before the start of work may begin. 5. Insurance requirements 6. A five percent bid bond is required of all bidders.
