2025-2026 Term Contract - Crush Stone and Sand. If any questions contact, Christine Lawson at 423-323-6408 or email: christine.lawson@sullivancountytn.gov This contract will be for a period of one year, beginning on 7/1/2025 through 6/30/2026, and may be extended for up to three (3) additional years upon mutual agreement by both parties. Requests for consideration of contract renewal will be made in writing 30 days prior to contract expiration. Price escalation/de-escalation allowed at time of renewal is below. The County reserves the right to re-bid at the end of each one (1) year period. The County may cancel any contract for cause, or non-appropriation of funds, following written notification of intent. Sullivan County reserves the right to award on a "line item" basis or "all or none" basis, whichever is most advantageous. Sullivan County also reserves the right to award contracts or portions thereof exclusively or to multiple vendors to achieve the best value.
